A #1 Boxing event in Indonesia, now building a Paid-Per-View Platform?
Holywings Sport Show (HSS) generated massive public interest, but the business model was confined to physical ticket sales. The executive team wanted to capitalize on the national hype, but lacked a clear strategy and a technical plan to create a digital revenue stream. The core challenge was not just to build a website, but to define a viable digital business model from scratch.

A Thinking of Business Models
A Thinking of Business Models
As the sole individual bridging the business and technical teams, I took full ownership of conceptualizing and managing the project from start to finish. My key contributions were:
Defining the Business Model: I proposed and defined a hybrid revenue strategy to cater to two distinct user segments. Pay-Per-View (PPV): A one-time purchase model for casual viewers to watch live events. Monthly Subscription: A recurring revenue model that grants loyal fans access to all live events plus exclusive behind-the-scenes content. This dual-model approach was designed to maximize revenue and user engagement.
Product & Technical Scoping: I translated the business model into concrete product requirements. I defined the core technical components, including the user login and authentication system.
End-to-End Project Management: I acted as the central bridge between the HSS team (the user) and the IT development team. I was responsible for communicating business needs, and translating them into actionable technical tasks.

The idea was not just to stream fights, its about building the definitive digital home for Indonesian boxing: an ecosystem designed to elevate fighters, engage fans, and lead the nation's combat sports culture.
